John began his career with Xerox and IBM before he transitioned into the commercial real estate business with CB Richard Ellis. John was one of CB Richard Ellis’s top national performers and subsequently founded Blair Hayes Commercial in Santa Barbara (now operating as Hayes Commercial).

Through Presidio Capital Partners or affiliated firms (Fuller Apartment Homes, Inc.), Andrew has acquired, built, developed, and/or rehabilitated and operated over 1,500 multifamily units. Additionally, Andrew has worked extensively in the commercial real estate field via ground-up development and construction, consulting, private equity placement, and transactional work.

Development Manager
Jordan joined the Presidio Capital Partners team as a development manager in 2017, and has since assisted in the development management of nearly 500 multifamily units.
WILLIAM HARRYMAN
Will Harryman is the Operations Manager at Presidio Capital Partners, leading operational efficiency and technology systems across a portfolio of 958 self-managed units and over 1500 in active development. He also assists in development and construction management for new projects.

Blaine Tehaney is a Development Manager at Presidio Capital Partners, where he leads the design and construction of Park Center at Seven Oaks. With over ten years of experience in the real estate industry, Blaine has held leadership roles in real estate finance, project management, and communications, equipping him with the expertise to effectively manage complex development projects.
