Will Harryman is the Operations Manager at Presidio Capital Partners, leading operational efficiency and technology systems across a portfolio of 958 self-managed units and over 1,500 in active development. He also assists in development and construction management for new projects. Before Presidio Capital Partners, Will spent over nine years in the construction and real estate development industry at Procore Technologies, helping scale the business from $5M to over $1B in annual revenue. Will graduated with a B.S. from UC Santa Barbara and now lives with his growing family in Santa Barbara.
