Blaine Tehaney is a Development Manager at Presidio Capital Partners, leading the design and construction of Park Center at Seven Oaks. With over ten years of experience in the real estate industry, Blaine has held leadership roles in real estate finance, project management, and communications, equipping him with the expertise to manage complex development projects effectively.

Blaine earned an MBA with Honors from UC Berkeley Haas, where he won the NAIOP SF Bay Golden Shovel development competition. He has been involved with the Berkeley Real Estate Alumni Association (BREAA), ULI San Francisco, and the U.S. Green Building Council. Blaine also holds an undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara. Now based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he frequently visits Santa Barbara, which he considers his second home.
