The Park West at Stockdale River Ranch site is slowly coming to life. We are currently prepping the site and laying sewer and storm drain infrastructure. Over excavation and re-compaction for building foundations in phase 1 is underway as well.

Plaza Riviera Project Update
Plaza Riviera is charging full steam ahead as we roll through January. All three floors are almost entirely framed and we are now prepping the parking garages for parking lift installation in the next few months. The Presidio team visits the jobsite at least once a week and we couldn’t be happier with how the project is coming to life. Our riviera and partial ocean views will be hard to compete with. Stay tuned for more progress updates.
